Pentecost at the Border: An online retreat in preparation for Pentecost

Leaving Lent and Easter means leaving our desert experiences, but perhaps it’s better not to leave them altogether.  Perhaps, we need to stay at the edge, the borders, to remember what we’ve learned and use it to energize us as we go forth as a Pentecost people. 

We live at a time focused on borders - who’s allowed in and who’s not. Who will be thrown out? Where do we need to break through the borders of our hearts and of our communities? Where is the Holy Spirit leading us to bravely cross borders? 

Join us as we reflect on these questions and invite the Spirit to work boldly in our lives.

 

Led by Kevin Michael McCarthy, Maryknoll Mission Formation Minister and certified spiritual director.
